Regular Hours of Operation
All services are on appointment only. Last braiding is taken at 3Pm, the last weave service is taken at 5Pm, and the last hair treatment at 7Pm. Other private appointment such as consultation can be accepted at 8Pm. Please still talk to us in advance.

Note about Saturday:
In the long run, there will be no braiding on Saturdays, viewing the demands. We are very sorry for the in-conveniency
Cancellation Policy:
24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations.
Please be Punctual
Please respect your time and our time and other clients’ time, as we highly respect your time and business.
Please call use if you feel that you may be late for your appointment. We may be able to call the next client to ask him or her to if possible come in a bit earlier or later so that your appointment will not overlap onto the next appointment. Otherwise, your appointment may have to be canceled.
We cannot guarantee your appointment if you have not arrived by your scheduled appointment time and you has not called.
If we don’t see you nor hear from you at your appointment time, we will try to contact you in advance to ask if you wouldn’t mind coming in a bit later in the day. We’d rather let you know ahead of time whenever possible so that it may give you time to handle other things if you may. We highly respect you and your time.
