Consultation is the key in determining what is needed to make your appearance the best it can be. Some people both the stylist and the customers tend to ignore that step leading to providing the wrong service , and to an unhappy Customer, Remember that one unhappy client is 80 to 90 % of chance of losing more clients. Expect to be satisfied when you communicat well with your stylist and you, as a stylist, make yourself availlable to listen and understand your clients’ needs.
