All services are on appointment only. Last braiding is taken at 3pm, the last weave service is taken at 5pm, and the last hair treatment at 7pm. Other private appointment such as consultation can be accepted at 8pm. Please talk to us in advance.

Cancellation:
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations.Punctuality
Please respect your time, our time and other clients' time. We highly respect your time and business. Please call if you feel that you may be late for your appointment so that your selected time will not overlap onto the next one. Otherwise, your appointment may have to be canceled. We cannot guarantee your appointment if you have not arrived by your scheduled time and you have not called. However, if we don’t see you nor hear from you at your appointment time, we will try to contact you to reschedule.
